every time i try and go to primary connection it says no UDP port for incoming or outgoing packets?

what does it mean. ive hosted a chat room b4 but its just not working no more can u help me please. step by step would be gr8.

first make sure that your firewall and router are configured, both for the TCP and UDP ports - then go to settings and select the setup wizard
