While downloading, the download will automaticially start after the queue goes past one. Say you are downloading from me, your queue was 10 then it went downto 9,8...then finally 1. Now on MY upload list, I will se your name on the top. So after one more person who was already uploading from me has finished, then your dwonlaoding will start
When uploading... the upload starts as soon as one of the people who was downloading from you has finished.
