Question. How can I find out on what porst are being used in order to change to port number on WinMX udp dialog box, so as can bypass cable from controling my upload speeds?

To change the UDP port that winmx uses do the following.
click on settings tab in your winmx , click the " + " icon next to internet connection so it becomes expanded.
Then click on the In/Out UDP packets section you are able to change the UDP port from there.

Welcome to the site, UDP ports are just like the TCP also, in theory any number can be used for either setting.  The important things to remember about them are to not use a number that is use by another program, choose a number between 1 - 65535, and to make sure it matches any numbers you have in firewalls, routers, or dsl modems with Nat ability.

Hope this helps you.. there are no numbers that are best really.. its actually best the bigger variety we use...

Just choose some random port like 2752    and 9725    it doesn't really matter lol
