Problem with Bandwidth Throttle setting

Hello^^

If I want to throttle my bandwidth the number in the limit outcoming bandwitdh box goes every time back to 9168, who can help? I've WinMX 3.54 beta 4

That is the lowest outgoing limit you can place on Bandwidth while using a primary connection.  If you need a lower limit then that its best to use secondary connection as you may not have enough resources to run primary.

Minimum outgoing Bandwidth limit on primary = 9168
Minimum outgoing Bandwidth Limit on secdary = 2000
