What Does Busy (Queuable) Mean

I get this when I try to upload from a few users on winmx. I try to enter the remote queue and can't.

That means they have more in line (queue) to get the file then you have set in you Auto Enter Que settings..

The easy fix is to right click the user name when it says this and select 'Enter Remote Que'

Also make sure you go to Settings > Auto Enter Que > click this and set this to 50.
That should reduce the amout of times you see this if you have never set it higher then the default of 10 in the past.
