Can Someone Please Explain !!!

Just Lately 1/2 Way Through A Download I'll
Get " Connection Closed(2) " Don't Remember
This Happening Before.

If I Change User Name And Retry They
Generally Restart. I May Have To Change User
Name 2 Or 3 Times To Finish Download.

Is This My Connection Or Theirs Or Is It
Something To Do With WinMX ???

that would seem odd...

could be something ISP related, or even a router thing, or hell could be many things... would seem odd to have only started recently though

best thing to try is pop in to the room and do a test or two there...

Could it be you're being ignored and cut off by the person you're downloading from?

Changing the user name will get around being ignored of course, but maybe you should figure out WHY you keep getting ignored if that's the case.

Many traders won't allow more than a few queues from the same person for instance.
Also I believe MxM does that if it autostarts you and expects you to start them as well and you don't.

Just Done It Again Only On upload This Time.
But They Retried And It Restarted OK Without
Changing Their User Name. Maybe i don't Need
To Change User Name (Probably Thought I Was
being Ignored) But Don't Remember Getting That
Message "Connection Closed(2)" Before. I Am
Running Moni. Might Have Changed Settings.
