I don't believe AOL do any form of filtering (omg, i can't believe i just said something positive about AOL)
Looking at the pages, it appears that you have a package with multiple computers connected through a router? in that case you may need to configure that properly.
look at the make and model on the router then find it on
this list and it will give instructions for port forwarding in it (if listed anyway, most are)
or alternatively you can go to the winmxworld chat room and someone there should be able to help (if you see Merlin around he is especially good with router configuration)
to enter the chat room put "WinMXWorld.com Help_9F40E3D40D3D" (without the quotes) in to the black filter bar at the top of the chat page and click join
