nushi bot

[HELP]

 :?unable to get nushi to connect .....
getting unable to connect to peer cache server
but others are able to use same bot and no problemss connecting
what can be the problem??

were you by any chance the ANGEL person that went in to the room earlier? if so was 1.8 OK?

  yes i was the angel       and nope couldnt get that to work either.....
my msn is also screwed up.... i get default gateway error message......
had trouble with both nushi and msn  ....all started same time ,... any idea ?

In that case I would look at possible issues with your Internet connection/ISP - although if WinMX connects that might not be the case

you might have missed that one and that could be why you had problems with 1.8, you have to add the numbers to the username before entering the room (set the name to Something000_00000 for example)

winmx connects fine and have no problem with a metis bot connecting either....
just msn and nushi ......
i did change isp settings... but changed everything bk..
but still have same problem with msn and nushi nomatter how things are set now......

ok with nushi when tries to connect..... it like times out ..... and gives me ..... tcp/ip      and then turns red

erm, where are you trying to connect to? a room hosted on your own computer? if it's a room hosted yourself and you have a router then it is likely that the joining the room has never worked using the public channel name, you need to use the loopback name (https://www.winmxworld.com/tutorials/loopback.html) - it's possible something changed to suddenly make joining your room via the public name stop working, but unlikely... try with the loopback name...

nope room is hosted by someone else ...
im admin there ...used nushi before but
same time msn and nushi stopped working
everythin else works fine ..i was walled with people on mx and other progs..... so went playin around got walls down....but msn and nushi messed up....
changed everything back....it was still same....changed things bk and now....im walled with a few on mx...and nushi and msn still wont work

May I suggest making a new folder and placing a fresh copy of the program you wish to use in it as its a well know issue with most firewalls that once they think a program has changed in some way its automatically blocked, making a new folder often cures this, the firewall should ask you again to allow the program if alls well.

hi, on the download section "toys that are fixed" i would recomend the nushi 2.8 and add the ws2_32dll as i did and it connects fine, it also has the addin's for colour, time, minimise to tray and an auto welcome, i did incorperate the old mxbot and it works brill.
you can pop in my room if you like 4 a chat or some help and i have the nushi & mxbot in my shared.
