check the router (the "home hub" - what a stupid name for something that isn't a hub...)
check your computers IP Address again, and check that the ports are forwarded to the correct place
when you move house everything is turned off, this means that although port forwardings will be saved, the temporary memory of which IP Addresses the router has given out is lost by the router, the computer loses the IP Address it was given, and the next time everything is turned back on they start assigning IP Addresses all over again with no memory of the previous allocations, this means that in all likelyhood the computers will be assigned new IP Addresses
