Cdex will convert from .wma to .wav or .mp3. Its free and its also a great tool to rip cds with if you need one.

Go to the
Convert button, then select
re-encode Compressed Audio (this will make them .MP3)
Use the browse to find your .wma files and then use the
Select all or the
Convert button to convert only selected file.
By default this loads the new .mp3 file into
My Documents\My Music\MP3 folder.
