saving the history

id like to know if there is a way to save the search history so i can go and check to see what my children have downloaded

you can see what has been downloaded by looking at the files that have been downloaded (open the directory they download to) - assuming it wasn't deleted straight away

but no there is no storing of everything you ever do, most programs don't because it is not desirable in very many circumstances and raises huge privacy concerns (like people spying on what others are doing...)

thanks 4 that but i think the problem is they are deleting the downloads so i dont find them.I need to be able to save the history....

then if the files are deleted it's not really a problem is it? lol

the big question is why you would care...

btw if you are one of those parents that thinks somehow you have a right to know absolutely everything your children get up to, you certainly do not and it is very very harmful to your relationship with your children to think you do

there isn't anything that can really be done on winmx that would warrant investigating what is being done, the only one thing i can think of that would potentially need investigating is something that if you had reason to suspect it to go investigating, you don't need to do any more investigating
