Bandwidth Priority

Hi, When I try to adjust Bandwidth Priority nothing appears to change, everything remains the same. Is there anything I need to know more about this?

Bandwidth Priortity can only be adjusted if the 'Bandwidth Throttles' are being used.  Never limit incoming bandwidth threrefor you wont be able to set the priority on downloads.  Once your limit is ticked on Outgoing Bandwidth you should be able to set the priorty.... if this still doesnt seem to effect the users upload speeds then the it may be all this person can get atm..
