Cannot download any stuff from japan.....

When I want to download some stuff from Japan, the text just turn in to yellow (waiting for network reply) for a while  and then just all go red and I cannot download anything at all.....
I have tried to download Japan stuff for so many times and it all gives me the same result...
I am really disappointed because there are so much stuff I really want to download.....
I dont know why and I would like to ask what I can do to solve the problem....

P.S. I am using WinMx 3.5beta4 and I am living in the USA.......

Can you otherwise download stuff?
Can you upload alright?
Do you get search results?
Does channel list load?

Main thing: Did you install winmx from : https://www.winmxgroup.com/Install-3.0-MultiVer.exe
