peerguardian is a small program designed to block ip's from companies that flood our network causing alot of false search results and to protect us the users, but they have now turned anti p2p and added our connection caches to thier block lists, so if we use peerguardian we are blocking ourself from connecting, and their new PG2 is a smaller version of the original that will still stop you connecting and they don't block the fake floods any more, so we recommend that you uninstall peerguardian and PG2, because our 3.0 patch does block fake flooders and updates itself so you are connected & protected
