What are WPN Primary, WPN Packets, WPN Incoming Sec, & WPN Outgoing Sec  and how do you control them (Especially WPN Outgoing Sec)?

Hi Kesil753Orion

I'll be honest here, your question confuses me some what.  I have no doubt your reading the bandwidth Appearance in settings to get the labels you describe so here is a page about what most of those are for.

Bandwidth Graph

As far as adjusting them, some of them such as Bandwidth throttles for downloads or uploads can be adjusted in Settings > Bandwidth Throttle (never limit Incoming Bandwidth: Downloads)
If you need help adjusting this have a look here:
https://www.winmxworld.com/scripts/bandwidth/

The WPN Primary and Incoming Secondary can be adjusted in WinMX Peer Network > Allocated Bandwidth (Do Not Adjust any other settings on this page)

Any other settings that you mentioned above can not be adjusted and for good reasons.

I Hope this answers your question and if not post back to us.
