WHAT PATCH DO I USE TO GET MY WINMX 3.31 TO CONNECT ?? I HAD TO REINSTALL WINDOWS... BEFORE THAT I HAD NO ISSUE CONNECTING ... NOW IT JUST DOEST SEEM TO WANT TO CONNECT AT ALL

PLS HELP ?

MAYBE I AM USING THE WRONG PATCH

ok i see you gave me a website .... but what excatly are you pointing me too ?? i was on that same site earlier and it was no help to me .... i updated to winmx 3.54 and it connected right away but i cant use it this version crashes my computer .... version 3.31 seems to work fine .... before i had to redo windows 3.31 worked fine and connected quick ... so why wont it connect now ?

Chris click on the link at the top of that page called Downloads Top left side .. then look for Various WinMX Versions + Patch, this one contains 3.31, 3.53, and 3.54 you can choose which ever one you want during installation.

(if you have another firewall,) Make sure the windows firewall if off and winmx is an exception in your other firewall.
If you don't have a firewall, then make sure that winmx is on the exception of the XP firewall

Chris,

if you go to the actual download page of that site here and then click on Various WinMX Versions + Patch
this contains tha last 3 versions of WinMx for you to chose from.

Just run the installer and chose WinMx 3.31 and it will install it for you
