Do you have a room that is constantly effected by your internet dropping, or a dynamic IP?
Well, i have a free space on my server if youd like a host with good uptime, Fast internet connection and static IP!
I EVEN do websites Too.. with SQL and PHP support..
Anything considered!

yeh i'm sure there are plenty of hosts who would just hand you over there room...

if they have a room, it means they are already hosting it somehow, having them hand that hosting over tou you would need to have a lot of benefits for them to do it... which really it wouldn't have

but they wouldn't have any way to guarentee it, after all it'd only be hosted the same as they currently are... the fact that between crashes the name didn't change may not even be an issue for those with static (or semi-static) IP Addresses already, or many with dynamic IP Addresses they are just so used to the name changing that it doesn't bother them anyway

the only way i can see people actually getting someone else hosting their room is if it was being done properly, not just some random person hosting it from their computer for them

besides anything else no serious host on winmx would be stupid enough to hand over there config to someone they don't even know ( well perhaps a few might lol ) no offence James but if they cant host there own room then why bother (i suppose you could put it another way and advertise it as holiday lets for room hosts or something lol) i really don't mean no offence but i have found when it comes to hosting and configs they are best left on the pc where they was intended as when other ppl get involved problems always seem to arise in one form or another
