Josh, While I applaud your idea as positive I suggest you look around and take stock of the reality of the situation.
This site employs no staff and asks for no funding from its users, thats because its operated by volunteers.
Offering a phone service would require the cost of the phone line and people to man it 24/7, all of the volunteers have other things to do in their lives.
The alternative is to employ folks to answer the phone, that would require us to turn into a pay site just to allow someone the fun of making spoof or abusive calls amongst the real users.
I hope you see the reason why we will not offer this service.
