MX Monitor not ignoring or clearing users with 0 files shared

Hi, I have been using winmx and mxmonitor for quite some time now and both seemed to work together well.  Recently though it will not clear any users that are sharing less then the number I have set in the "ignore and clear by the num of shared files" box on the WHOIS tab (I set it to 70)

of course that means that I get a number of people in my queue that have 0 files shared.  Mx moniitor will not clear them out.   

The strange thing is though that several other features work fine.  For iinstance it will clear users that have queued more than 3 files at a time or users that are in my ignore list. 

Any ideas as to why it won't clear users with 0 files shared ?

 I am running version 1.28eb of mxmonitor and it is running with version 3,53 of winmx

how is it set to behave if whois fails?

Check the "Get user information automatically" and un check the ignore when timeout...
Try that and see
