Help - Im stuck :o(

Gawd, i must be really thick - cos i havent got a clue what im doing!! (I'll rephrase that - I AM THICK!)
Ive got Windows ME, and it says that the file i download from this site, is to go into C:windows/hosts.
Well i cant flaming find it lol, ive looked and its not there! (The file called hosts - does it exsist lol) or do i just save the downloaded file into C:windows? Cos ive tried that and it dont work either.
I think im a lost cause - think i'll pack up and sod off lol!

Anyone kind enuff to help me out ?

Hosts is located in  C:\WINDOWS on windows ME. Please go to start menu>search>for files and folders, type "Hosts" [with the ""] and press search. Result should be one file named Hosts with no extension, right click this file, select rename and add a ! to the end of its name to save it as backup[when you want to revert to the default windows hosts file, rename it back to Hosts].
Unzip the hosts zip you downloaded from here and place the file named hosts only[not hosts.zip] into C:\WINDOWS.
