KuruKuru is an admin plugin for Nushi, that puts RCMS type commands on right click in the userlist, it's little use in anything but an RCMS or Ouka room but can be found (the bare plugin) in the Nushi section of the archive here: httpss://archive.winmxworld.com/Nushi/Nushi%20-%20Mxchat%20-%20%20Plugins/
