is your winmx set to a primary or secondary connection? (on the networks screen, first one it opens on)

do you have a NAT router? (often as a separate router, however sometimes modems have them built in)

if so, you need to configure it to forward the inbound connections and search results etc to winmx (otherwise it doesn't know what to do with it and just discards it) - what is the make/model?

I have no idea what you are talking about. I have a belkin wireless card and router. works perfect i just can't get mx to work on it.

if you look on that list there are several belkin routers listed, if yours isn't there then try a similar one

follow those instructions for configuring it and it should start working, any problems let us know (or pop in to the winmxworld chat room and see if someone is around that can help)
