Auto PM

Is there a way do set up the auto pm on metis so that only people who have never entered or say select people do not get it (as in reg members or admins) get the pm?

but you'll have to set a usergroup up called "groupname"  the ! at start in the first line makes metis EXCLUDE that group

You could have metis save users ip's to a txt file and then when a user enters the room check their ip in the txt file if its in there then dnt pm, if not then pm and add the ip to the list

I was thinking that.....but I'm not sure how to make a script for that....I already have an ip logger.

If I Want to  have a auto pm on enter were would i put it at   Onenter  were is that file at?  mxc.mxl
oldmxc.mxl  usregroups.mxl file    not sure were it would go      thanks  alaskaboy   reply here  or here   kraigleary@msn.com

You will need to add that command to mxc.xml (or any other included xml) as follows:
