can't download any thing

hi

i'm a new user and i want to know why i can't download the files that i want?it seem no resources at all and sometime when i search the file,it can be none..why?can somebody help me?

I'm confused
Are you getting a message from windows about insufficient resources? (win 9x/ME will sometimes do this)
Or are you simply getting no/poor search results
Tthe latter is often down to unconfigured ports & occasionally poor results can be down to security software (firewalls ZonAlarm in particular) seeing a huge flood of results as an attack & blocking them....
Or you might  simply be searching for something unusual which nobody or few people have shared, in this situation, if you're connecting as a secondary, refreshing your connection often brings up more, or at least different results..
