WinMXWorld has a new host :-D

You may or may not have noticed a few problems with the site recently, as a result the WinMX Support Group have offered to host the site for us.

Initially we were going to just sort something out to ballance the site between the existing server and their server but due to some other unrelated things happening at the same time it was decided between us that it would be better for them to host everything.

If you're wondering who the WinMX Support Group are... well, its a few people who would rather keep their identity secret, we've checked them out thoroughly and they are OK

A big THANK YOU to WSG for supporting us!

If you notice any more problems over the next few hours then dont worry, its just us working on moving some other things to the WSG server, if the problems dont fix themselves within a few minutes then let us know

I also would like to thank the WSG for their helpful and timily assistance in providing this service to us at no cost, that is something extremely rare these days, big thanx to you all      

I think this shows that folks still believe in WinMX,s future and as we have ultimate control over the site here, should not make any difference to normal users  

Also discussions with them revealed they are hopeing to help other sites with regard to hosting, which for some of the smaller sites would be a good thing, no one likes to see some of the sites go down for lack of finance, great news

Well why they want to keep their identity secret is beyond me, unless they think it adds mysteek to the whole thing, but fair dooos, each to his own, and all that,   I will say though thanks KM. really thanks and then thank you again.  Also nice site, I rekon the best winmx site on the go, I have never seen so much winmx related stuff b4 on one site.   FAR, FAR better than site I would say is the closest comparison to this place. Bravo old chap
