Folks its been some weeks since we complied with KM,s "takedown" order in which he claims the entire contents of the dll patch as his own property as declared here
https://www.winmxworld.com/tutorials/connection.htmlI HAVE A GOOD FAITH BELIEF THAT THE USE OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OWNED BY ME IN THE MANNER COMPLAINED OF IS NOT AUTHORIZED BY ME, MY AGENT, OR THE LAW. I HEREBY STATE THAT THE INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS NOTICE IS ACCURATE AND, UNDER PENALTY OF PERJURY, I STATE THAT I AM THE LEGAL OWNER OF THE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY COMPRISING THE COPYRIGHTED WORK
It has however come to my notice that he is trying to claim copyright over another programmers work, namely Nushi@2SN and his copyrighted work MxSock dll that is featured in the OleDlg dll (known as the winmxgroup patch). You will notice KM claimed above all the code as his own, this of course means KM,s claim is not only void but it leaves him open to a charge of perjury for knowingly issuing a false DMCA notification, whilst we have no further wish to host the patch reffered to above I think to try to claim portions of someone elses work is morally wrong, and legally unsound.
I have made some screenshots using a program that can demonstrate the whole chunks in a graphic manner that have been appropriated by KM, having spoken to him yesterday he claims these routines are not the same and written by himself, I think when the routines are identical we can be sure its because they are the same routines eh folks.
My apologies for the poor resolution of the pictures its still more than possible to see any differences between each pic and these are just 2 examples of which there exist more inside the winmxgroup patch, as usual please satisfy yourselves by taking a peek yourself with either an exe to asm /disassembler program or something like idapro.
2SN MxSock download for reference.
