There seems to be a bug or something. I am not very sure. Whenever I try to clear some non connecting opennap servers, that error comes:" winmx has a problem and needs to shut down".... please help... Shuld I upload taht error message?

the patch shouldn't effect anything inside winmx not directly related to the connections to the network, i have checked here and it doesn't seem to have the problem here... have you tried switching to 2.2, see if it still does it, then switch back to 3.0 again... would confirm if it's an issue with when you have 3.0 loaded or not

I'll try and let you know. But I don't remember it happening before.

By the way, I have attached a txt file of the error.

I have noticed two things:

It happens like this: I select all of the servers and click connect. No problems before. Now if I click remove now, them this error happens. If I click stop attempts and then remove.. no issues except one(I will describe that one)

Secondly, there seem to be a set of rogue networks. I click connect nothing happens. I click to remove them and the confirmation message come. If I click yes, it keeps coming again and again and again. These networks have the same name are there are about 20 of them I will post a screenshot of that as well

I don't seem to have that server whose removal mesage keeps repeating.. I must have deleted it...

By the way, my exporst list function never works. I click export and then I make the file. But it never loads back...

Bythe way, I never started this thread. There was someone else's message before to which KM had replied. What happened to that?

Hello ... I was using the previous patch and was very happy with it. Then there was this notification for new patch 3.0. And I downloaded it. Now, I can connect Winmx. But, the search are empty ... chats are empty. Any solution?

Mabye your router's internal zIp has changed.

Go to Start>Programs>Accessories>Command prompt.
Type ipconfic/flushdns

That should solve it. Also did you allow Winmx is any firewalls that you may have, espicially the windows firewall.
Also did you forward your ports properly? If not, go to www.portforward.com and see your router model to see how to configure your router to allow winmx.
