Open up your metis MXC.xml file in your metis folder by right clicking and using open with notepad.....copy and paste anywhere between <config> at the top and </config> at the btm of this document remembering to save when closing the document and reloading your bot config if you have it running in the room when editing
I cant remember for sure but i think 3600 is approx an hour so if you want say every 15 mins go for 900 half hour 1800 & so on you will soon see how often it shows in the room and you can adjust accordingly
As far as i remember you can only use this ontimer script once in metis so dont be tempted to try loading multiple messages in multiple on timer scripts i would put all the info you want into the <out>your message here </out>
You can customise the msg with colour codes and most ascii characters if required ( certain ones wont work though)
i would also load the "To see the games here type !games" message into the room motd and any other info you want ppl to have as they can always use the /MOTD command to look back if need be
