always times out?!

I am using Vista 32 bit, I seem to connect fine and Search results are sort of minimal. Everytime I try to download the item times out. I'm running DSL behind a router with Norton....??????? Any help would be great. I've been using WinMx a long Time and I miss it!!!!

 i cant get the vista pach every time i try 2 go no to the link i get Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage how can i get the pach
