Complaint Resolution

I recently received a drama filled complaint to the effect that newly registered users where unable to post in the discussion sections, this was investigated and found  not to be the case, all permissions are the same across the board except for the private sections of the board that exist for the Hosts section and the Moderator/Supervisor section.

If any forum visitor has problems of this nature please contact us in public in this section to help us resolve any problems, hopefully that way I shall be able to avoid the drama and conspiracy theory messages that are not the correct way to acheive a mutually satisfactory resolution to what are often minor problems.
