Difference between winmx and "winmx Music"?

I found on the internet a program called "winmx music" which is quite different than the classic winmx.

It's free so I downloaded and installed it, run it, and it appeared to have the same interface as limewire.

Frankly, I thought it sucked.  I couldn't find anything to download, so I deleted it.

Does anybody know anything about this program?   Is it any good at all? 

Or worse, is it a virus/spyware/trojan/etc?

I found this in the past and im afraid it falls into your "Or worse" catagory .... not to say the programme is infected but a lot of the downloads sure are..... well the few that are avalable that is

I think it is a distant relative of e-donkey ...and crap at that so i would get rid asap you might want to use  something like "your uninstaller" to delete all registration entries as well
