EagleServ 028 for both Windows and Linux

I was quite happy to notice that there's now a linux version available of ES.

I'm currently running it to try it out but so far it seems to run well.
Unfortunately there's not much info in english about it but there is a language file coming with it and most of it can be figured out.
Admin system is quite similar to original WinMx which I like very much.
All in all well done Eagle!

yep im testing eagle and has held up steady for last 3 weeks, i like the admin power level system, the text formats  arnt quite as flexible as fx, but it is a very good server, i like it alot.
if you do need to translate the italian explanations, google has their own online translator, it takes sentances, not just single words and is good

we are now using ES Linux for the winmxworld Help room too, its a fantastic server 

btw Max with 230 levels, that gives you 230 text formats, how is that not 'flexible'

well you see i had someone ask to add a textformat and it was a multi line ascii where the name would be, the eagle only see the 1st 2 lines and missed any test and the other 3 lines of her pic/nick
in 1 room i visit, only 5 of the 5 admins have multi line formats, so they cant use eagle if they want to keep their pic/nicks

apart from that, top marks to eagle for a cool server.

Anyone got a basic script for ES in english ?. it's just i would'nt mind having a go with it myself when i get a bit of free time. thanx in advance

Have room up and running looks ok to me a few language issues to look at still but im getting there lol.
I like the way the server can be opened from channel list in wpcc makes it very quick to open and join.
