I searched around in the forum and couldn't find a topic about this, if there already is, than I'm sorry for posting it here.  Is there any way to have people uploading from my library who don't share (have 0 shared files) be automatically canceled from the upload?  I clear them if i am at the pc and check if they are sharing, but I'm sure alot of people get files from my library who don't have any files shared if i'm not at the pc....mostly overnight.
Thanks
Chick

Now I am getting the winmx has encountered a problem and must shut down thing.  I installed the beta version thinking it would fix it, but it is still happening.  I have the newest patch.  What else could it be?

We are having an issue with the patch, its being worked on and we are trying to resolve it quickly since this is the fastest and most efficient solution for fixing your WinMX.
If you continue to have a crashing problem please use this updated Hosts file from here:

https://www.winmxworld.com/files/winmxworld_hosts.zip

If you decide to use this hosts file you will need to make a folder to store your DLL file in, this can be inside the WinMX folder if you like. Then install the go to
C:\Windows\system32\drivers\etc there you will need to rename your original hosts file to 'Original hosts' then unzip this file to that folder.

Do a dns flush by going to
Start > Run type 'cmd'
Then in the dos box type 'ipconfig /flushdns' then restart your WinMX

We will let you know as soon as the issue has been resolved.  An updated patch was released at 11:30 GMT also, you may wish to try that on the beta.
