I have run into a problem where i am getting a both users firewalled message when trying to download from someone. Neither of us have a problem downloading or uploading with others, but we both get the message when we attempt to trade files. Please help...

This is the message you will reciever when both of you have not got specific ports set up in your WinMX.  This is called a 'Passive Secondary'.
This can be for various reasons such as a firewall, router, dsl modem ..

In order to be able to get around  this one of you has to set up ports.  This is doable in most cases.  But you will aslo find there are only a few people that are set up this way and that you'll have this trouble with..

Often tiems once these things are set up correctly you'll find you can make a primary connection to mx also.
