Text wrap problem in PM and Whois boxes
« on: October 12, 2005, 11:44:31 pm »
Hi,

I'm running XP HE. SP1.
I've just uninstalled and reinstalled Winmx version 3.53.

I've got problems with both the personal message and whois facilities,  inasmuch as, the text within both boxes does not wrap around, and goes off the end of the box.  By that I mean, in a PM, if the message is longer than one line, the first line appears at the top, does not wrap around, and I'm unable to read any further.  The same goes for when I send a PM, if it's longer than one complete line,  the recipient is unable to read all the message.

When using whois, all the information is shown again in only one line at the top of the box, as far as the date, and again does not wrap around.

If anyone knows a fix or solution to this problem, I'd be very grateful.

Jim I am not sure if this will help you or not,, but its worth a try..

Right click your winmx icon in the system tray or at the far left hand corner and choose 'Reset All Windows'.. then see how she goes..

Honestly this is a new one on me.. . :?
