Andersen, the Oregon case in which Tanya Andersen, represented by the Washington firm Lybeck Murphy, defeated the RIAA. The judgment awards Ms. Andersen $107,834 in attorneys fees.
Let us hope this good news encourages others to demand justice and not be forced into making an unjust settlement for fear of financial ruin, the recording industry vultures have been shown for what they are in this case, lets make sure they are forced to remember it each time they post some propaganda on the net by reminding them, bullies and extortionists should not be seen to profit.
