The scum who call themselves discordia (a recording industry front company) have been investigated before by the US govt for possible tax evasion (it has a an off-shoot company registered in Israel), I,m not sure what the findings where but we can be certain they make very free with the lawyers and are light on honest business practices, they have after all made a serious attempt to steal an already in use name to mislead folks into installing a false shareaz (in reality a "spymesh" variant), that is not what it perports to be nor open src, with companies like this and the recording industry hiding in the shadows behind them what chance do honest open src folks have on a limited budget ?
