The person who uploaded it might have accidentally chosen the wrong song name while uploading the video, changed it to the correct name, and youtube hasn't updated the search yet.

Thats a different video Daniel lol.

When content is blocked it plays the last video you watched or the next video in the playlist. In this case the last video was the video for "why" and the link that I gave loads it.

use a proxy server located in germany and see what happenes....
