Today a user passed by the chatroom with a problem not seen by myself before so a quick chat with the old hands revealed it wasnt a new problem and had indeed been seen before just not recently.
User A tries to restart a file from user B that they had previously been downloading they encounter an error.
segment error 417 message
The answer to the problem is to select manually resume in browse window of the person who you are d/l file from.
This problem was last seen on RCMS 6.3 installs as a bug when very small files where being downloaded.
