Right well i was bored the other day, and im working on a project and wanted to learn about RSS feeds, and notably how to get them on a webpage. Im not too behind the mill with this stuff and it was a pretty simple process but its involvement is in my new project, which i wont be discussing yet as i dont like getting harassed with deadlines
   Now i wanted to know that it was working ok, so i thought ill make something live an what i thought would be the best way for me to test it. I had been wanting to make my own Home Page for quite awhile with the links i use the most, So ive kinda made a P2P Google Search Page with live News from the Winmxworld News section. Its totally basic, and one person has took a shine to it, so i thought someone else might find it useful. And if you like it, ill continue working on it and make it abit snazzier and im also willing to add anything you want to it. So please take a look at http://search.deuxmx.co.uk

Well ive had a play with this, and made the code now so it loads in a split second, Getting the rss feed from the forum was a little slow sometimes, especially if over here is busy so ive started caching it. The page updates every 10 clicks, so one click may be a little slow if its busy here but 9 will be fast if you get my drift. Ive been meaning to tart the page up but i wanted to get rid of the issues before i made it nice. Ive added a few more useful links too.
