Record Label Stops Signing Artists Because of Piracy

The Finnish record label Lion Music has announced that it will not sign any new musicians until politicians have managed to stop piracy. Illegal downloading is killing music, they say, and the label has rallied up its rock stars to spread the word.

They should take a note of thorny bleeder records policy on downloads instead of blaming everyone else for there own shortcomings.

That is indeed the kind of initiative we should support Hell, the topic of this post was about some monopolistic and dramatic publicity activity by a record company who as we all know exist to take 90% of an artists revenue despite not having any matching cost to earn such sums, any initiave to cut out these selfish and talentless middlemen is well supported here.
