I have Windows XP, no router or firewall. I am connected through Primary Connection using the patch DLL coz the new patch won't work for me.

I don't know why but suddenly (like one day it was all fine the next day it changed to the actula situation) my WinMx lets me download as usual, but all the upload keep waiting for the incoming connection and then get timed out. I tried everything, even changing the setting of the TCP and UDP, but nothing changed. Even tho I share over 250 files, no1 can actually take them. Any idea?

Are you sure your win xp firewall is disabled?
It used to be enabled by default, look at the status in "network connections". Xp has the annoying habit of turning it on by itself sometimes...

Grrrrrrrrrrrrr thanx alot, it worked. I didn't think about the firewall coz I had turned it off when I installed XP....wonder why it was on again. Anyway, from now on I will know where to look at if it happens again.
