those are flooders, doing a quick check they appear to all be blocked on the blocklist, so it could have simply been a temporary thing with your winmx not loading the block list especially if you'd only just started up winmx (in which case it wouldn't have had many attempts)
should have fixed itself by the time you read this though...
(i am of course assuming you're on 3.0)
