im trying to use wcs but nothing work

im trying to use wcs to create my own room but people cant get in. i opened the right port but still nothing. after i found out that i have a modem who is configured to work also as a router. i cant get to the configuration to pass it. everytime i tried to put it on bridge mode it crashes and i lost my internet connection. i had to reinstalled it to work. i dont know what to do now. please help me

Check ... www.portforward.com ... look for your modem brand and model # in the listings for instructions to forward the TCP port  and get you room open to the public...
