i came back 2 win after 2 months of wandering around the internet ive got a lot of torrent files (good q ) and the first hour back im told i have 2 remame my files 2 be [ex] file werthy (kvcd is NOT [EX] ) now they suck on download they hord AND THEY ARE 2 DAM COCKY   I THOUGHT THIS WAS P2P NOT P2[EX]

What do you mean? [ex] movie room told you to rename your files with their tag?

If so, some of the movie rooms tell you do this when you join them.

If you did not want to join and they told you to do this anyway - let me know.

Naming files with room tags is not a clever idea as it makes life easier for those whose job it is to track distribution chains.

The movie industry have more than once taken advantage of folks looking for certain tagged files to either dump a propaganda movie on them or a virus but more commonly just start 100 users to download to you..  knocking you off the network.
