Instead of port forward, need to port delete

I can no longer download stuff from the internet from certain sites, unfortunately this one of them.  Got caught by my isp.  Anyway how do I remove the ports I added in my router. I've long since deleted simple port forwarding and the new install isn't picking them up.  Need to know how to delete as I enter 0 for everything it says it can't.  Any help appreciated thanks.

need to know what router you are using.... (if you have its manual that might come in handy too.... if it didnt come with a paper manual it most likely is in pdf form on the disc it came with)
