DSL Problem with shared files outgoing

Help I have installed DSL and I am able to upload but no one else is able to download from my shared files, I have turned off the firewall and that did not work? What should I do it worked fine with the high speed cable with no problems. Can anyone tell me how to correct this problem, The DSL is through the bell system.

Hi Chuckie, what version of winmx do you have and on what operating system (XP )  ?

Normally uploading problems are router, modem or firewall related so let us have a few make and model numbers and we can try to help you out , also what firewall are you using as sometimes the xp firewall turns itself back on all by itself even if your running another firewall.
