Hi all i was just wondering if there was anyway to get -Amp2Mx Plugin- to work for sam broadcaster so i can display the songs i play on my radio station in my room . Or is there any other bot or software i can use .
I have the winamp plugin and it works fine with winamp . but im not using winamp no more as i broadcast with sam ..
any help would be great ty ...

i looked at that and it wont work with sam broadcaster .. its a shame tho works great with winmamp .

is there a way to get sam broadcaster to 'fake' the winamp ui? i ask cos foobar2000 has a plugin that does that for the purpose of 'announcer' software (among other things)

heres a wacky idea for you... run winamp with the null output plugin tuned to the stream that is being produced by sam broadcaster.... that would get the announcer software to do its thing...

how do i tune the plugin to sam broadcaster . iv looked and tryed but no luck ...

my point was, you dont...

start the stream with sam broadcaster then use winamp on the same machine to 'play' that stream to the null output plugin..... this will allow you to use amp2mx with winamp to get the title to send to the room..

Is their no way to have Sam player output to a text file or a HTML file?
You could install robomx and a little bot scripting could post the song in the room?

Would be better off making a plugin rather than using a bot, which output into the server rather than as a normal user. Would avoid dropping out and other issues or problems with connections.
