Twas the day before Christmas, when all through out the globe,
WinMXers were scrambling, to get their files to download.
Their dvd's were all blank, and burners all ready and prime.
In hopes that their downloads would all finish in time.
Admins and hosts alike had worked with a fury,
to get back all the users we lost in a hurry.
The users were back, all settled and patched.
Rooms were a buzz with the files they might catch.
New found friends and old alike,
awaited the joy of Christmas nite.
Then suddenly a visitor came,
he joined the room with news to exclaim.
In he came with colorful codes, of red and white,
Looked like he was ready for a long winters flight.
His shared folder was full, he was lively and quick,
We saw his name did fit him, it must be #c68#St. #c8#Nick!
We all giggled, and lol'ed at the sight.
that Santa had come to the help room tonite.
When what to our wondering eyes did appear?
Santa typed the word 'HELP', and gave us a scare.
What could be wrong, we awaited his plea,
"Santa, what is it?" we all waited to see.
Then he typed those dreaded words that we hate,
"I cant upload to the boys and girls, its making me late."
"I have far to reach, and files to share,
But cant get them to work he said with a glare."
We knew that instant what was wrong,
we've heard it before, its the same ol song.
We asked all the usual questions and query,
we tried to sound hopeful, merry, and cheery..
But there was no doubt, as he answered them all,
We are most certainly dealing with his firewall.
So off he flew to the tutorials on site,
to configure his ports and get them just right.
He soon returned with with his eyes all a glow,
and a winking emoticon, to let us know.
He spoke not a word, but typed to us all a THANK YOU!
And offered his shared goodies, and said "jump into que!".
"I have wonderful files for all the good girls and boys,
Help yourselves, there are plenty of tools and toys."
He started us all, and with that gave way greetings,
He had much work tonite, spreading warm fuzzy feelings.
He sprang out of the room and was almost out of site,
When he typed, "Happy Chirstmas to all, and to all a good nite!".
