right i have a different problem using metis prity great on the bots just got a new pc op system windows 7 ahhhhh i hear you say
ok when i go to edit the mxc when i try to save it says this file all ready exists do you want to replace it so i click yes then another box shows up saying access denied ???????????
been on the system and set it for full access for me also
but when i try to edit then save shows me that problem if ya can help would be obliged thanks pk

i have herd of this before with mxc's & configs when using vista,
the prolem was on the mxc/file in its properties it was listed as read only, so it dont allow you to over right the file, only save as a new one.

Agree with Max either save as new and delete old or try to change properties so its not save only

make sure you have administrator rights or user rights if you are not the administrator on the folder your files are in
very basic security microsoft introduced in vista to make windows more user unfriendly
